Booking and Cancellation Policy
Each appointment requires a $50 booking fee. This fee is deducted from the total amount of your service at check out, after your appointment.
All booking fees are non-refundable.
If you are any more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will not be able to work on you. Your deposit will be kept and there will be a $100+tax fee for the artists time. If you choose to rebook, another deposit will have to be placed.
If you have to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment for ANY reason, your deposit will be kept and there will be a $100+tax fee for the artists time. If you choose to rebook, another deposit will have to be placed.
If you do not show up for your appointment for ANY reason your deposit will be kept and there will be a $100+tax fee for the artists time. If you choose to rebook, another deposit will have to be placed.
We have a 48 hour cancellation/ rescheduling period. Our booking system will not allow you to cancel or reschedule online within the 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. The 6-8 week touch up is included in the original price ONLY when performed within the 8 weeks after the initial appointment.
If you’ve had permanent makeup done before, you MUST contact us with photos before coming in for your appointment. If you let us know about your previous work less that 48 hours before your appointment OR show up to your appointment with previous work done and we aren’t able to work on you, your deposit will be kept and there will be a $100+tax fee for the artists time.
